THE FLOOR IS DIALING OUT.
THE MONEY IS CALLING IN.

A managed AI voice agent for sales teams: answers inbound leads live, qualifies and books meetings, and logs every call to your CRM. From $899/mo.

Ten headsets, one floor, everybody talking. The inbound line rings into the one chair nobody sits in, because the whole room is paid to dial out, not pick up. The lead your ad spend summoned waits four rings, leaves no message, and calls the vendor who answered. Monday's standup autopsies a deal that died on Friday at 4:55. We forge the front desk that answers instead: a live voice on the second ring, your qualifying questions asked every time, a meeting on the right rep's calendar, and a CRM that finally hears about it.

GW–01ANSWERS
Speed to lead, live

A live voice on the second ring while your reps stay mid-pitch. The first vendor to answer takes the conversation.

GW–02
Qualifies before it books

Asks the questions you would ask: fit, timeline, who signs. Tire-kickers get a polite gate; buyers get the calendar.

GW–03
Nights, weekends, demo days

All-hands meetings, Friday at 4:55, the whole floor at kickoff. The line stays manned when the room can't be.

GW–04
Wired to your CRM

Logs and transcribes every call into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Close, and books through Calendly. No rep typing required.

NAME THE BLEED.

Three sliders, your floor's numbers. Missed inbound a week, average deal, close rate. The instrument names what the unmanned line costs a year. The defaults are a hypothesis, not a claim: drag them to your own reality.

EVERYONE'S ON THE PHONE. NOBODY'S ANSWERING IT.

A sales floor is the one room in the building where everybody is paid to be on the phone, which is exactly why nobody is free to answer it. Every rep mid-pitch is a line unmanned. Small shops miss roughly 6 of 10 calls; a floor in full dial is not better, just louder. Answer a lead inside five minutes and you book the meeting at roughly nine times the rate. The lead your marketing paid to summon rings twice, hits voicemail, and buys from whoever picked up.

ALL ANSWERS →
Will buyers know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. The agent says what it is on every call. It never pretends to be one of your reps, never dials a bought list, and never plays the fake-rep game buyers learned to smell in one sentence. Its job is honest and narrow: answer the inbound lead fast, ask your qualifying questions, book the meeting. Your humans stay the closers. Buyers punish imitation. They don't punish a fast, straight answer.

Does the sales voice agent work with our CRM and calendar?

It wires into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Close, and books through the calendar your team already runs, Calendly included. Every call is logged and transcribed into the record before the rep's next dial: no sticky notes, no 'I'll log it Friday', no forecast built on calls that officially never happened. If your stack is stranger than that, we build the connector. That's the workshop's job.

Is outbound AI calling going to get us sued?

Outbound is consent-based or it doesn't ship: your list, your opt-ins, an agent that identifies itself, opt-outs honored on the spot and logged. Inbound carries none of that baggage, because the lead called you. Anyone promising blast-dialing from rotating numbers is selling you the lawsuit along with the software.

Can it train my reps, not just answer the phone?

That's SalesWorx, our sparring pit. Reps take live calls against hostile AI buyers, get every call graded 0–100 across ten competencies against SANDLER, MEDDIC, SPIN, CHALLENGER, GAP, and BANT, and climb a ranked ELO ladder. We spar in it ourselves: the first no of the day should never be a paying prospect. The gates aren't open yet, so join the waitlist on the work page. The voice agent ships now. Two doors, clearly marked.

What does the sales voice agent cost monthly?

From $899/mo per agent, which includes 3,000 minutes a month (then $0.30/min), plus a $2,500 setup and a $50-per-booked-appointment performance line: the same public ledger as every Gaelworx voice agent build. See the full ledger or read the general cost breakdown.
