A LOGIN AND A SHRUG
ISN’T AN INSTALL.
Buying the tools is the easy part — anyone can sign up for three AI accounts in an afternoon. The hard part is making them one system: the models pointed at your real work, the agents wired into the tools you already run, the servers standing where your data is allowed to live. That’s the part that gets skipped, and it’s the whole reason most AI spend just sits there.
We do that part. We come in, stand up the whole kit — models, agents, hardware — connect it to how you already work, and then we don’t leave until your team can drive it. This is for non-technical owners: brass tacks, no jargon, no homework. You tell us what your business does; we hand it back wired and running.
ASKED BEFORE THE INSTALL.
ALL ANSWERS →What exactly do you install?
The whole stack. We configure Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini access for your business and your use cases; deploy the managed agents — the reply bots, data bots, and quoting and follow-up helpers we host and run for you — on OpenClaw, CrewAI, LangChain, and n8n rails; stand up the hardware and servers to run it; then train your team to use it. A pile of disconnected tools becomes one working system, wired and running, before we leave.
Do I need my own servers or hardware?
No. We set up the hardware and servers to run everything, including on-prem or local models where the data can't leave your walls. If the cloud is fine for your work, we run it there instead. Either way, it is stood up and running by the end of the install.
What does it cost?
From $2,500, one-time, for the install. Fixed scope, fixed price, said before any work begins — you know the number before we start. The full ledger has the line items.
Do you train my team?
Yes. The install isn't done when the software runs — it's done when your people use it. We train your team on the models, the agents, and the day-to-day so the system actually gets used, not admired.
