PRIVACY, PLAINLY.
Most privacy policies are written to be skipped. This one is written to be read. What we collect, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it, in the same plain language we use everywhere else on this site.
What we collect.
What you give us. That means what you type into the forms on this site: your name, your business, your contact information, and whatever you tell us about your operation. If we get on a call, it also means what you tell us there.
Beyond that, basic server logs come with the hosting. This site runs on Vercel, and their infrastructure records standard request logs automatically. We don't add trackers of our own on top.
What we do with it.
Three things. We respond to you. We use what you told us about your operation to scope your build. And we use it to run the work you hire us for.
Nothing else.
What we never do.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your business data to train public AI models.
There is no fine print under those three sentences.
AI systems.
The systems we build run on managed AI services, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google, under their business terms rather than their consumer ones. Where your data can't leave your walls at all, we deploy open or local models that run inside them instead.
Keeping it, deleting it.
We keep our correspondence for as long as we work together. If you want to know what we hold about you, or you want it deleted, email hello@gaelworx.com and ask. A person reads that inbox, and a person answers it.
Changes.
If this policy changes, we update this page. The date below is the last pour.
