THE TERMS, OUT LOUD.

These are the working terms behind every Gaelworx build, written the way we would say them across a table. They repeat what the rest of this site already promises, because the promises are the terms.

01

Scope.

Every build is defined by a written quote. The quote says what we are building, what it costs, and what done means. The number is named before work begins, and the quote is the boundary of the job: if something isn't in it, we haven't agreed to build it yet.

02

Payment.

A deposit starts the forge. The balance is billed when the system executes as scoped, not before. You are never asked to pay the full price for something you haven't seen working.

03

Ownership.

On final payment, the deliverables are yours outright. The code, the documentation, the data: all of it. We don't hold your own systems hostage.

04

Ongoing care.

Care plans are separate from the build. They are monthly line items, and you can cancel anytime. They never hide inside the build price, and a build never quietly requires one.

05

Our promise, and its limits.

We ship in visible stages, and we answer for what we build. If a system we delivered doesn't execute as scoped, that is our problem to fix.

What we can't answer for are third-party services we don't control: phone carriers, AI model providers, hosting platforms, and the like. If one of them fails or changes and it costs you, we are not liable for those losses beyond what you paid us for the work.

06

The cap.

We take a limited number of builds per quarter. A conversation doesn't hold a slot, and neither does a handshake. A signed quote and a deposit are what reserve one.

07
