STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

The questions operators actually ask, answered the way we’d say them on the phone.

What actually happens on the first call?

One call. No discovery theater, no follow-up workshop, no proposal in ten business days. You talk, we scope it live, and you hang up holding a number, not a process. If the fit is wrong, we say so on the spot and cost you nothing but the minutes. +1 (369) 212-1203.

When do I pay?

The number is named before any work begins. A deposit starts the forge. The balance is not billed until the system executes, and executing means something you can count: jobs booked, calls answered, hours handed back. You see it work before you settle it.

Who owns the code when it’s done?

You do. Outright. Code, docs, data, all of it. The repo is the deed, and the deed has your name on it. No license to renew, no lock-in, no machine you rent from us forever. Fire us the day after handoff and everything still runs.

Whose AI is this? Is my data training someone’s model?

We build on managed-agent rails: OpenClaw, Hermes, CrewAI, LangChain, n8n. Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini do the thinking where each one fits.

Your business data stays yours. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it to train public models. Where data can’t leave the building at all, we run open, local models that never phone home.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Every system arrives installed, tuned, and taught. We stand next to your crew until they run it without us. What you buy is a working machine, not a license and a logout.

What if it breaks?

Staged shipping means you watch it work before you owe the balance. After handoff, we answer for the machine. And if you want us holding the hammer long-term, care plans from $49/mo keep it hot.

Will it make decisions without me?

No. AI does the rote work; you keep the call. No machine makes decisions you can’t see or override: every system shows its reasoning and hands the call back to you. Built to make you sharper, not dependent.

Why only two builds a quarter?

Forge heat doesn’t scale by hiring cold hands. An overbooked smith starts passing danger to the customer, and that breaks the only rule this shop has. So we cap the docket at two and hold the temperature.

How fast is a build, really?

Iron moves in the first week. Every week after, a stage lands that you can point at and call working or not working. Most builds run weeks, not quarters.

What does it cost?

The ledger is public. Voice agents from $899/mo. Workflow engines from $2,500. Web from $1,499. Custom software from $15,000. Every line is on the pricing page, and the number for your build lands on the first call.

Where do you work?

Continental US, seven days a week. Phone-first: the scoping, the staging, the training all happen over a call and a screen, wherever your shop stands.

What does NON SINE PERICULO mean?

“Not without danger.” It’s struck into the rim of every coin on this site, and we read it two ways — both are spelled out on the about page. The short version: the work is worth doing because it’s hot, and the smith keeps the burn, never the customer.

I already have a website / CRM / receptionist.

Good. Keep what earns its keep. We forge around what works, and the audit names what to keep and what to kill before a dollar moves. Nothing gets rebuilt for the sake of the invoice.

STILL HOLDING A QUESTION?
ASK IT OUT LOUD.

One call. You leave with a number, not a process.
